4.3 Update Issue with TWRP

I am using TWRP as my recovery on my HTC one and am having issues installing the update. I am running my original stock rom. I have downloaded the 4.3 update but when the phone goes to install it it just boots into recovery. When I reboot from recovery this does not remedy the issue. Is anybody else experiencing this. Or am I just doing something incredibly wrong?

You need to push the stock recovery back to the phone to install the update. The custom recovery will cause it not to take.
