4.3 Update no longer Syncs Bluetooth Audio to my Car Audio Deck

I just did the 4.3 update today and I cannot get it to sync audio to my car audio deck (Pioneer). I have never had an issue before. I tried unpairing it and several other things but I cannot get it to work. The phone component still works but no music. I'm not sure what to do I've been reading that this is a common issue. Any fixes? I read that I cannot revert to an older OS

is there away to remove previously paired devices from the Deck? if so try that. I would also try to pair it with another bluetooth device just to be safe. Hope this helps.
