4.4.3 update dialer and people app

I hear these two things will be updated but why not just send out updates to these apps for everyone. Why would these be exclusive to just 4.4.3

Because both of them are in a Google Apps package, typically tied in with the ROM. You would have to wait for the OS to update in order to get them.

That stinks. My Droid razr m just got the update to 4.4.2 and it looks like that will be its last update.
