I downloaded the NK1 firmware and flashed it using odin. This may be above some of the users here, but basically it reflashes everything...so backup your data before you do this because it will be basically a factory reset.
Of note-on initial restart post flash the device bootlooped. I pulled the battery and went into recovery and hit factory reset. This worked, and I'm now back on 4.4.4 NK1.
I don't know if I can post links from XDA on here, but if it's allowed I will. There's an entire thread on it..with instructions.
When Verizon releases the next update for the Note 3, they'll almost certainly blacklist NK1..if you ever want 4.4.4 back do not take the next OTA unless it's stable.
I lost some LTE signal strength, and Samsung Keyboard crashed randomly (yes I reset) prior to update I got -115db of LTE at work (large office building steel structures, -105db outside so it's not that great anyway. On Lollipop it stuck with 3g even if I did the airplane mode dance at work.
