I saw an article about a month ago saying the rollout had started. You can check for an update OTA or do it manually in Kies.

Thanks for the info re the 9190. I saw it somewhere last week and I was quite happy to hear. I got a firmware update throuh kies yesterday and I was quite disappointed to see it was still on 4.2 jellybean. Maybe its one to prepare it for the major update next month I hope. Anyone else with the 9190 got it? Notice anything? I wish they did change logs to state what the update contains.

I'm still debating if I want it on my mini. I'm sure I will take it when it arrives for Sprint, but I need to do more research on how it will impact how I use SD cards with it.
