So I'm making this thread to hopefully create a list of verified chargers that actually support Super Fast Charging 2.0.

Many people may not know that there is a 2.0. You can only achieve the 2.0 standard with a 45W+ PPS charger that outputs 5A AND a cord that also supports 5A. The cords that come with the phones only support 3A. So no matter how powerful the charger it won't initiate 2.0 without a 5A cable.

I personally don't have one yet but if you do please chime in here

Of course the Samsung official 45W charger and cord work but mostly I'm looking for Amazon alternatives....

UPDATE: THIS DOES NOT WORK FOR SUPER FAST CHARGING 2.0.
I just ordered this one as I've read it works... HTC USB-C Charger 65W, GaN Fast Charger with 3 Ports https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09J83YZ8M?tag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU7057801

This would explain why my 65W charger that came with my Samsung Galaxy Book Pro doesn't show 2.0. So where can one get these 5A cables??

Samsung sells them... Seems those OEM cords are the best bet.

Samsung sells some. Personally I have been using these for well over a year and they say they support 5A but I can't confirm since I don't have a compatible charging brick

Perfect, thanks for the link! Hope you can get your hands on a brick. They seem to be a hot item from the searches I've done.

Ok looks like I was mistaken... So I just got in some of the official Samsung 5A cables (bricks are on backorder) and turns out the 65W charger I've had for a while actually works for Fast Charging 2.0.Screenshot_20220414-181831_One UI Home.jpg

So where I thought it was the brick that was the most important part looks like it is the cable 🤷*♂️

Here is a link to the charger I currently have in case anyone is interested. I definitely recommend it for it's versatility.

Today was first time I used my 45w Samsung charger it showed the fast charging 2.0 , the cable that came with the brick is thicker then cable came with my 25w charger

I have the 45w brick and 5A cable working well on my Samsung 2.0 fast wireless charger.

Yeah I put my kids tablet on the battery saver thing.... I feel like I need that last 15% even though honestly 99% of the time I really don't lol
Haha..I'm eventually going back to the 100% but I forget to go change it lol

I thought you already knew that, lol. I even told you that I had a 65W charger from Samsung that came with my laptop and it wasn't registering the 2.0 at the end. Anyways, I ended up getting a 45W charger on Amazon and it works. I wanted to just get the cable but they were too expensive and many reviews of them burning out after 2 months use. Used the cable the new charger came with with my 65W charger and sure enough, it also registered 2.0.

Yeah I know it just went against some of the other things I had read. In fact some 65W+ chargers specifically say they don't support fast charging but yes of course I would expect OEM equipment to.

I used all my preorder credit on chargers and cords so I'll have a stockpile for years to come lol.

I have been using my 65w charger that came with the OnePlus 8T I traded in and my 22 Ultra says "Super Fast Charging"

Yeah most chargers will do Super Fast Charging..... You need specific stuff to activate 2.0

Help me out, here. I ordered the dual 35w/15w brick from Samsung. The actual specs on the brick say;
(USB-C PDO)
5.0v--3.0A,
9.0v--3.0A,
15.0v--2.33A,
20.0v--1.75A
(USB-C, PPS)
3.3-20v--1.75A
(USB-C & USB-A)
Max 20.w & Max 15.0w

My old Note 10 USB-C brick specs say;
(PDO)
5.0v--3.0A,
9.0v--2.77A
(PPS)
3.3-5.9v--3.0A
3.3-11.0v--2.25A

So am I correct in thinking that the max for the USB-C port is only 20w? Not 35w? Is volts & watts the same thing? In addition, the charging times for each brick is the same.

See the pics from Samsung website of what I ordered and see pics of charging times using a USB-C brick I received with my old Note 10 & the charging time with the 35w/15w brick, both using the same 1.8m, 5A cable.
