4g/3g finally switched

today i was at my luncheon at work and i noticed i lost 4g signal completely, buddy of mine also with a t-bolt had NOT lost 4g signal and we were standing right next to each other. a few min later it dropped out again. ate my lunch and left to head tot he wifes job. got there played with phone for a bit and all of a sudden i lost 4g and it switched into 3g, AUTOMATICALLY. it stayed in 3g for about 10 min till i moved to a new location and it went right back in to 4g.finally after 2 weeks it finally switched. 2 days ago i called verizon to have them reprovision the SIM card. did this have anything to do with it? dont really know. the only thing is today when i first noticed it drop 4g it stayed gone for about 5 min. did not switch at all. until i left and went about 10 miles away. could this issue be a sell tower problem? maybe some towers are more "upgraded" than others that it allow it to switch? kinda doubt it but its a thought

Me too same thing, I called a few days ago and they reset my signal on my card and mine is switching like that now too...it is great. I asked them to reprovision my card and they had no idea what I was talking about, but they said they could reset my signal so they did that, maybe it is the same thing different terminology....dunno but it made a HUGE difference.

Well no sooner did I write this laying in bed it dropped 4G and never switched to 3g. Took about 3 min for 4G to come back
