4G coming to SW Ohio Dec. 1???

Just read this today about Time Warner deploying 4G mobile internet service over WiMax for SW Ohio customers beginning Dec. 1, 2010. Is this the time SW Ohio finally gets 4G?? Still have never used 4G on my EVO.....

4G has been in the Cincinnati area since late September. Coverage is still spotty and randomly disappears at times (as in, towers occasionally stop broadcasting 4G). I imagine it'll be smoothed out once it's time to announce it officially.

So basically it sounds like you have to sign up for time warner mobile internet if you want access?
