4G download speeds?????

After I installed the OTA update to 2.3.4 I noticed my download speeds dropped down alot went from like 20 Mps on 4G down to like 9 Mps, has anyone else had this problem?? Using the speed test app from the market.

Mine slowed down some, not quite in half. I usually still get 10-15mbps. I think they sacrificed some speed in the new radios trying to get more reliability in the connection.

My speedtest reports are much slower since the update - 4Mbps down/2Mbps up - WTF? I will try in another 4G area to see if I have the same poor results.

EDIT: I guess that it is location dependent. When I ran speedtest at a different location about 20 miles away, my speeds were fine - 12Mbps down/15Mbps up.

Just got this TB right before the GB update. I saw as high as 36.63 down on 9/26. Had 25.17 and 26.75 a couple of times prior.

After GB upgrade I'm seeing a high of 17.76 and most tests come in between 12-15. Sometimes slow as 9.

I know its a small sample but all readings were from the same site. Take it for what its worth.

My speeds is a lot slower but at least its reliable now. Where I'm at now i was pulling 15+ down as high as 24 down and I just got between 7-9 on 5 tests.

I will test it at home and see what i get. 7 is still more then fast enough just kinda funny its 1/3 as fast as it was before the update
