4g during phone call

I cant seen to browse the internet or go into app that need internet while on a phone call. the 4g or 5g drops

anyone else having this problem.

Which carrier are you on, and which exact model number do you have? If you didn't get the phone directly from your carrier, you might need to check with them to make sure the phone can support VoLTE on their network. If it can't, then you might not be able to get simultaneous voice and data.

its a verizon s20 ultra 5g ,and it was able to do it before the last update

I'd also contact Verizon about it, if you haven't already.
