Wow, well there it is then. Well we used to get a few ghosted 4g signals around the Oregon Ducks Football stadium on gameday, and with the spring game coming up I figured it might be from that. But it looks permanent!! Thanks for the info.
Lucky..... Just up the freeway in longview/ Kelso, I can get 4g LTE south of woodland and north of winlock, but I'm still stuck in 3g land for that 25 mile stretch of I-5. It's coming soon I keep hearing....
