I don't know if anyone has encountered this or might have an idea.
This is my first 4g phone. I activated the sim card and got it set up properly. I can't get a 4g signal for the life of me though verizon says I have 4G in my area.
What I've noticed is sometimes I connect to 4G for a minute or two, but i can't go online or do ANYTHING at all. I did notice if I use speedtest it tells me I'm in colorado and that's the closest server for me (I'M IN CALIFORNIA) but if I'm on the slow 3g network it tells me i'm in California just fine.
Could this be the issue? I don't know...
