I have gone back-and-fourth with Verizon regarding my HTC Thunderbolt and 4G. I have had several replacement phones sent to me with new sims cards and I am still having a Network/4G problem.
I continue to experience data loss, Slow 3G access and no data at all for long periods of time.
I recently was advise to open a service ticket so that Verizon will investigate the netwrok in my area. Upon opening the ticket, I have come to learn that the issue is much greater than my own user experience.
It appears that the issue is not with the HTC Thumderbolt but with Verizon's network. I am not sure of the timing for getting my issue resolved but if and when it is, I will update this post.
