4G never hides/turn off

Mine is always visible just gray is yours like it? My old Droid 4 it always went away.

It is normal now a days.... As long as you're on wifi mobile won't be used. You can make it go grey instead of staying white if you disable the Caller ID app.

You can cut it off if you like...not sure why you would, but you have the option lol

He just means he sees WiFI and the "4G LTE" symbol as well ... Which is fine as long as he is on WiFi that way it won't use the LTE for his data plan.
