4G Signal in the Bronx, NY

There is a very strong 4G signal in the Bronx, NY around the Morrison-Soundview area. My evo was just as fast connected to the 4G signal as it is connected to WiFi.

There have been reports of people getting signal in the Riverdale and Co-op City sections of the Bronx as well. I can't get 4G at home, but if I go 3 blocks north of me, I can get a 4G signal
