Anyone know of any? I'm using the RAZR widget from the market, but its ugly as sh... I thought Nexus phones could toggle this from a widget, no? Tried the Nexus S widget but no luck.

Yeah, I have the RAZR one that is just a quick link to the data menu...I'm hoping someone makes a true toggle soon.

Think I read somewhere that Android OS doesn't let apps/widgets toggle that directly. The app/widget can only take you to the system menu. If true, wonder why that api is not directly accessible...

yes, we need a widget....the battery life is so much better when I'm in 3G (CDMA) and I really need (or want?) 4g speeds rarely (for video streaming etc.)

try and see lte on and off switch has a toggle

Not to be rude, but not only is that not a toggle widget but it isn't even a widget. Needless to say, it is not anything close to what I am looking for.

I'm guessing it isn't available yet and will need to be some type of hack.

Is there a bluetooth toggle widget? I used to have one for my Droid X but the GNex came with a gigantic one that has like 5 different things to toggle. I just need the bluetooth one.

Thanks! Katherine

ok i have looked into this somewhat and the only widget that has allowed me to do data switching on the nexus is the widget called "dataswitch" on the market. i've tried other toggles like beautiful widgets, switchpro, and a bunch of others, but they don't work. the only thing that annoys me is that it is not the same size widget as switchpro and it bothers me so much that i have different size widgets that look the same. the people that make dataswitch don't make widgets for wifi, silent/vibrate, and gps. if you find something better, please let me know. this bothers me so much i almost switched to rezound because of it....

Has anybody tried using "X shortcut" to create a shortcut to more quickly get to the 4G menu? It looks like this might work.

All the 4g toggle on the market is unstable with ICS. I tried them all and they seem to make my GN reboot. I uninstall it and the problem disappears.
