4g Widget for ADW?

I just need a 4g widget for ADW... This is an exceptionally hard thing for me to find because I don't know how to google search for it effectively. Nothing seems to limit the searches to this criteria.

Try com.rrsllc.toggle4g.apk. It is a different style 4g widget.
I also would like something more like the HTC one, as well as WIFI, etc.
I see their is one in market for .99. Not sure if it equals the HTC one.

SwitchPro is $0.99 and has a 4g widget (along with a lot of other widgets). I purchased it when I switched to LauncherPro and needed a 4g widget.

I used Extended Controls it lets you build your own widgets to toggle settings on and off, I find it useful when using launcher pro. I think you have to buy it though but I don't remember.
