4K FILM with the OnePlus One [Camera Test]

What is your opinion about the cam?

I'm still amazed that these videos can be captured by smartphones---it wasn't that long ago that I was impressed by the small, handheld video cameras or the digital cameras that were capable of making short videos as well as still photos. My first thought when watching this was that I would like to visit Croatia. The sailboat at the beginning (and the turtle) were great. I have no technical knowledge to weigh in on the quality of the video, but I can say I enjoyed it.

It looks great. One thing I don't like is the stock camera app have auto focusing disabled for videos, and the third party apps doesn't support 4K for it.

I would consider getting the Nexus 6 if it take videos as good as this considering it uses the same sensor, but also have hardware image stabilization.

For the OnePlus, if you use the stock Cyanogen camera (not CameraNext from CM11S), it lets you turn on software image stabilization, and it have auto focus too, but no 4K option.

That's crazy. For what like $350 for the 64gb version they really made a great phone for a great price
