5.1 for at&t not till June?

This is why I chose to buy off contract and pay the money to get the 64GB which AT&T doesn't offer and to be carrier free. It's not cheap, but nothing worth getting in life usually is.

So if I have a 64gb N6 from Motorola, it won't matter that AT&T is my cell provider, I won't have to wait that long?

Try this and see if you see the update.

- Backup Your Phone
- Take out the SIM
- Factory Reset The Phone
- Restore The Phone and Connect To WiFi
- Then you should see the update.
- Download and Install Update.
- Once all of that is complete put your SIM back in.

This is what I had to do on my N6 that I am using on Verizon but it was not purchased through Verizon. It should also work with ATT.

I have an att N6....i just flashed the OTA, been running 5.1 like a champ.

I'm interested to see what that WiFi factory reset trick does though...

Shamu to you too *splash*

I just sideloaded 5.1D on my unlocked N6 on AT&T. I was trying to hold out for the OTA but ran out of patience.

I did the phone arena trick, and it worked great! The best part is my phone doesn't reboot 8+ times a week anymore!
I haven't heard it reboot at all in a week.

Yep! D is the best for ATT. I side loaded to D then flashed to E and then flashed back to D. Running lime a champ!

Out of curiosity what we're some differences in your experience between D and E?

I think it was another post of yours I had on my mind that made think D was the way to go. Otherwise I just woulda thrown a dart at the wall...

Once I flashed E was out of the house and the network signal and connection did not seem strong. Once back home the wifi did not seem as reliable. It was anecdotal, but after several hours I flashed back to D. Several days later I saw where ATT was sending D out to its devices. Seems that one was the best for ATT networks.

I used the "removing the sim method", worked like a charm. ******* AT&T.
