Moto-X 2014 - 5.1 - auto sleep is not working

Recently I got update *android 5.1 for Moto X 2014 (XT1092). After upgrade, my phone is not going for sleep, after 15 sec as per the settings under display.

I did factory resetting twice, still not rectified. I need to downgrade back to 5.0 or kit kat.
