50 Gig Dropbox? New or Existing?

I got my S3 today and logged into my existing Dropbox account hoping to see a message or some sort of indication of receipt of the 50gig bump for purchase of the S3 and nothing.

Anyone else get theirs and if so how did you get it?

It added 48GB to my current dropbox account.

to see a summary of your bonuses (referrals, dropquest if you did that, camera uploads, etc.)

It says bonus type "Samsung + Dropbox" and "Samsung promotion (expires 6/24/2014)"
space earned 48GB.

I assume with a brand new account, you would get the base 2GB free, then the 48GB added on top for 2 years.

BTW, enable auto-camera upload to dropbox and take 3GB worth of pictures/videos (videos are easier), and you'll get another 3GB bonus. You can delete the auto-uploaded stuff and the total space sticks around.

Well im guessing after 2 years you are asked to renew.

Aside from that i finally recieved an email noifying me of my increase and im now rocking 56 gigs of dropbox space all for free!

Wow, I missed the train on that one. Had the phone since the 22nd and totally forgot to cash in on that. Oh well.... don't need it anyways.
