5k training program on Gear Fit 2 Pro

I once was able to get a 5k training program on my gear fit under the Exercise- Activity Type. The watch would buzz when time to run/walk, no phone required. I have upgraded to the GF2 Pro and cannot figure out how to get that back again! Does anyone know or if one of the Under Armor apps may be capable of this? I do not want to have to carry my phone to get a training program.
