I'm rooted with an unlocked bootloader. I received the notification to install 6.0.1. I told it to install. When I went back to check on my phone the "team win" screen was up. I chose to power off and restart. I'm back up now but in settings it says I'm still on 6.0 and no updates are available.

Did I do something wrong? How do I get to 6.0.1

You will need to unroot to be able to update to 6.0.1 via OTA update .So have to be stock to do it that way.

Sideload it or flash factory image.

Sideload it or flash factory image.

Ditto. Flash only the system.img and you won't have to wipe or anything. Will of course unroot you.

When the ota downloads where does it download to? Is it possible to manually install it?
