6.0 Marshmallow: Root

Has anyone rooted their phone with Marshmallow yet? If so are there instructions somewhere?

There is a guide written on XDA which walks you through the process. I did it without a hitch.

There are two ways now, both on XDA... There's the traditional approach where you install TWRP and then install the root package, but there's also a systemless root package that is very BETA and may be buggy (also installed thru TWRP). Note that if you go one route you must not install the other way on top or else you will have a bad day.

I rooted in 5.1.1 and then just flashed a rooted 6.0 ROM, TruPure. It's been working great.
