$6.99 ground shipping?!?!?

WTH......so I just went and looked at my order and I apparently am only getting GROUND shipping on my phone AND being charged $6.99 for my phone and $6.99 for my tablet???? Ummmm....not ok with this....anyone else have this type of shipping being charged to them....I am more than a little ticked right now.

You: Ok, sorry. I was reading on a bunch of forums and a lot of people are getting free overnight shipping on their devices and I couldn't figure out why I am being charged and have to wait an additonal seven days

The same thing happened to me and I think it's bull. They told me that the free overnight ship is promotional and the v20 doesn't qualify.

They finally refunded my shipping costs but I am still really ticked. If I had known that I would have to wait 7-10 business days after it's shipped to get it I would have held onto my note and just traded that in once it was in store......REALLY not cool

I hear ya. I ordered in store and selected $24.99 overnight. The manager was right there and said they could credit it back if it actually got charged. I guys with the N7 they decided to do free overnight but not with the V20. Maybe it was because on the N7 they knew they couldn't ship until the 17th for delivery on the 18th but with the V20 they weren't being told to hold the phones so they had a variety of options and decided not to eat the shipping charge. Who knows.

I'll still be asking either that manager or T-Force for a refund.

It just pisses me off to be lied too. Two different people told me twice that free overnight shipping wasn't available on the V20. Now that was a lie and that it shipped yesterday which was another lie since UPS still doesn't have it. I hate that they will send all types of emails saying shipped when its really still sitting in their warehouse with some printed label somewhere.

You should of kept calling until they gave you free overnight shipping. In the past I've done this and it works everytime lol!
