64gb microsd only holds 16gb

Hi everyone. Very happy with my mate7 . Sometimes a little bit rsi complaints . So i bought a 64gb card formatted on laptop as well as phone to fat32, exfat en even nfts. All goes well. I copy my mp3 from laptop by cable mtp and flashmode. On laptop all files show and work After disconnecting the phone from laptop only the first copied files upto 16 gb are there. On sdcard it says 64gb sdhc!!!!Help

If you bought it off eBay for a price well below what you should pay for a 64GB microsd, well... you probably got what you paid for. eBay OFTEN has "deals" like this - a very convincing sticker that says 32, 64, or whatever and are stuck on a 16GB microsd. You can't tell unless you plug it into a computer and check it's capacity that way.

If you're able to, use an adaptor to plug the card directly into the computer. Format it to FAT32. That SHOULD solve your problems.

Bought at janox. On my laptop it all looks just fine. Copied upto 40 gb. How can a 16 gb card be recognized as 64gb. Anyway tried sever altimes. Always goes bad at 16gb of data and moLi. Like i said tried formatting to differend filesystems with NO problems. Aswel on laptop as phone. Dont understand
When its connected to my laptop i can play all the copied mp3..How iis that possible????

It's definitely a fake sd card. It's very possible to make a lower capacity sd card appear as any size sd card with a computer program. You might want to look into getting to return the card if you can.
