$65 For "New-Open Box" Samsung Gear S - Good Deal?

So, Rakuten is selling this for $145 (the next two days), but you can get an $80 discount if you get their MasterCard charge card. Is this a good deal?

Seems like a decent price without getting the card, and if the model works with your carrier. Not clear from the description if the Gear S is new or refurbished. I'd look at the card requirements and fees to see if the savings is worth it. Once the Gear S 2 is available, then it may help the price for the Gear S drop more.
