6500 mAh Battery or 10400 mAh Power Bank

Planning to buy a bigger battery or a powerbank but i cant choose from the 2. The bulkiness dont matter because i dont put my phone on my pocket because always bring a bag.

Pros and Cons of the 2. Please help me decide. Thank you very much

I use 2 standard size batteries (and have an out-of-the-phone charger). I switch batteries mid-day if I have to. A lot cheaper, a lot faster to recharge and a lot smaller and lighter to carry. (I still have the original 2 from my V551 - 10 years old and still working - because I used to swap them every month.)

I prefer to have an external battery. Its more useful for more things. If you get the spare battery for the phone, it's only useful for the phone. A battery pack can be used for a variety of things, including your next new phone.
