Hey All,

I'm still on the 7.1.2 Beta (NPG47l).... When is the final build being released? I've just notice that in beta, battery drain is a bit high!

7.1.2 is out, I got it last Tues. with the April patches. I'm not enrolled in the beta program.

In fact, we even have a thread, just a few down...

Perhaps Google is not done with you Beta users yet?
Only reason I can think of that you haven't been moved to the release build...

Update to stable seems to be rolling out now. People are stating they are getting another update back to beta after installing it though.

I just got a push notification this afternoon about the update. I just finished it. It's not sending me an update to go back. It seems to be working.

Got the update last night and today, 3pm, it was down to 15%. That's with minimal use, and mostly just sitting on my desk not being touched all day. W T F????

Also, I've had it plugged in for the last 20min and it's only gone up 3%!!! Normally it would be at 50% by now

6p battery has become the worst for me over the past few months. I only get 2 hr screen time tops sometime even worse.
with 7.1.2 i think it a bit better. i think now i get around 2.5 hrs.

Here is the problem with nexus google dont update the phone much to improve on battery but that has changed with pixel.
google is updating it continuously to improve performance and battery. this article explain. I cant wait to get pixel 2.
I think its going to be awesome.
