7in to 8in Tablet with Android 9 and GSM?

Does anyone what is essence would be a GIANT smart phone? I want a 7 to 8 inch tablet that has the latest and greatest tech which will also take my Mint Mobile GSM SIM card. Has anyone stepped up to the plate with this kind of device yet?
