8 gb in stores?

I know retailers are selling the 16 gb, but has there been any discussion of any retailer carrying the 8 gb in store in the near future?

To my knowledge you can only purchase a 8gb version threw Google Play.

There is an FAQ on XDA that says the 8GB is Play Store only... I don't know what the source of that is, but it's certainly a possibility.

Got it. Just had a recent shipping mishap with my place of dwelling, so i'd much rather pick it up in person. Don't really need a 16 gb, but if that's what it takes to avoid shipping drama, then so be it.

I read in one of the numerous threads Game Stop received some, I don't know how accurate that info is though.
