Sales have already ceased in the google play store , however this could be do to Google updating them to JB before selling, Performing the update for the patent issue, or they r waiting on more supply due to the increased demand as of late.

I believe they are still available at other nonlinear retailers at the moment though. For how long....who knows.

I was gearing up to purchase the Galaxy Nexus this morning from the play store & its disheartening to see a ban on such an amazing device.

Apple blows. These judges are being biased. Probably with iPhones themselves and aren't even knowledgeable regarding Android.
