It's obvious to me that insofar as phone questions are concerned, it's critical I will be asked to provide my phone info.

Is there a place in which to put this information (like to the left under my name) so that it doesn't need to be reentered every time?

Regarding phone information...
I have my:
1) Phone name (Motorola Edge SG UW (2021)
2) SIM status
3) IMEI
4) Android version
5) IP address
6) Wi-Fi MAC address
7) Device Wi-Fi MAC address
8) Bluetooth address
9) Build number
information available...

What information, of this list, IS NOT SAFE to publicly display (on this forum, for example)?

'NEVER ' post #3) IMEI.
I would also not post #5 - #7.

In my opinion, items #1, #4, #9 on your list would be the relevent information that someone might need to know in the diagnosis of problems, or in the discussion of your device. Also knowing your carrier can be helpful, depending on the issue.

The Main one on your list is number 3 ,, never post your IMEI.
No need to post #5 either. ( Ip address )
Usually someone will ask for any additional info they may need to help if you have questions.
Which will vary depending on the question you have
