A bug on the actual battery reporting?

I found this interesting today. Checked my battery after a few hours under settings as well as with GSAM. Here are the 2 screenshots. On a side note I've had WiFi on all day, tomorrow I'm going to turn it off all day.

I've noticed some rather inconsistent results between GSAM and the stock battery monitor too. Not sure which one to believe

I have been using Greenify, and added a homescreen widget for the battery monitor, but it doesn't refresh as often either.
