a couple questions

For some odd reason I can't set a passcode of any type. I set the pattern and confirm it. Then I put the phone to sleep to see if it activated and it doesn't. Once I swipe on the lockscreen it goes right into the phone bypassing what I set up. Am I doing something wrong? Secondly, is there a way to resize the wallpapers from your own gallery outside of resizing the window when you initially select the image? For some reason my wallpapers are overly large. If it helps any I'm using launcher pro. Thanks for any replies.

Did you install a add on lock screen or custom rom?
