A DONKEY icon now shows on top of my screen. How can get rid of it??

It just started today or so; I think it means I got an email from Democrats. I do get email from many sources. I did not download any political 'stuff' as far as I know though. This is my 1st smartphone (new for about 1 month). It is an LG Tribute 5 w/ Sprint...I'd like to get rid of the DONKEY!
