A few questions - Conference Calling? Backing up?

Hey guys, I have a few questions about the incredible.

First- Verizon is sending me a new one next week because Ive been having random reboots. I know everything on gmail will transfer over easily, but is there a way to save the scenes that I made, my settings, apps?

Second- How do we do a conference call on this phone? I was able to switch between calls when i had one on hold, but was not able to conference them.

Third- I have birthdays in my contacts, but they are not in my calendar. How do I make them show up in my calendar.

Conference Call. I've not tried this yet, but it looks about right.

Different device, but the menu during a call dues show the Add call etc...

For conference calls, once you have the first party on, hit the menu button, then "add a call", then when the second caller answers you can hit "merge calls." Works great. Not sure how many callers you can add. So far the most I have had was myself and two others.

For reference, the merge calls button looks like two arrows joining to make one.
