I am curious about how to use some features on this phone and had some questions

Is there a way to transfer files wirelessly from my computer to this phone?

How do I change the apps on the lock screen?

Sometimes i get messages about features the phone offers. Is there a way to shut this off?

Is there a way to keep the soft buttoms illuminited the whole time the screen is on?

I can answer the second question, go to settings then security then lock screen options then click on shortcuts.

1. There are many solutions for this. The most straightforward way for me is to use the 50 GB Dropbox space: I put the files I want to transfer into the Dropbox folder on my computer and then access the file from the Dropbox app on my phone. If I want to save the file on my phone I long press the file name and pick "Export" and save to SD card (either internal or external.

3. This went away eventually, I don't remember how.

4. Settings: Display: Touch key light duration. Tap "Always on"

After I got my phone, I went into all the Settings Menus and submenus to see all the things I could change or tweak. It was overwhelming at first but I am happy with where things are now. Good luck!
