A few quick questions

Hi. I currently have an AT&T HTC One, however, I can't get MMS to work with straight talk because of AT&T's locked APN. If I buy an "unlocked" HTC One, will there be no stock APN, so I can just enter the one I need for straight talk? The 4.4.2 update killed everyone's mms capabilities on the one on AT&T. Also, what is the difference between the Google edition and unlocked? And what is the difference between those and an AT&T One that has been unlocked?
