A few S21 Ultra questions

I am looking to upgrade from the S20 Ultra, but am not impressed with the Note-like squareness of the S22 Ultra. I do like the superior camera of the Ultras.

Also, I only need to get to the S21 level so my phone will work with my BMW Digital Key.

1- Does anyone know the model#'s of non-US versions of this phone? Too many things are locked down or missing on US versions.
2- Is "carrier unlocked" the same as "network unlocked" (ie: just different terms for the same thing)?
3- Does anyone, anywhere sell a pre-rooted phone? I had issues with my S8+ after rooting I'd like to avoid, but mainly want to install Titanium Backup. If not, how well does the root process work for the S21? Any issues?

2. I believe, yes, carrier unlocked and network unlocked are different terms that mean exactly the same thing.

3. I've never seen a retail site sell pre-rooted phones but you may want to to check Swappa, etc. for an example.

Yeah, I figured pre-rooted might be a stretch.
