a Lollipop update Samsung keyboard want pair

This exact thing happened on my Logitech keybaord a while ago and I thought the keyboard had went bad. I haven't used the Samsung gnp keyboard since the lollipop update.

I get it it our this morning and my apple trackpad connects just fine. The keyboard I hit to pair and scan on the gpn. The keyboard flashes the blue pairing light for a few seconds then acts as if it is paired, the gpn stops scanning, but the keyboard was never found.

This really ticks me off.

Have you tried doing the latest software update? I don't own a Note Pro 12.2, but I do know that they released a patch that should fix problems with Bluetooth.

I checked and none are out yet. It is a Verizon so they may release a patch next year sometime lol

Did you do a full Factory Reset after the update (if not, also of course do a back-up first)

Yep this is the Bluetooth issue with lollipop that was well published before Verizon rolled out the update. Not sure why Verizon didn't put the patch in which was available before they rolled out the update.
