A long shot, but I need some help.

I received a Samsung Galaxy Tab with ICS 4.0 for Christmas. I loved it and everything worked perfect. This morning I was prompted to update my tablet. In my experience, updating isn't anything major, just a refresher of sorts. Boy was I wrong. I guess it upgraded me to Jelly Bean and since then, there are icons missing that I loved (screen shot) and it's very glitchy. It's tough to respond to touch and I'm just not happy. I tried to factory reset, but it didn't work. Is there anything I can do to get ICS back?

I can't help with the restore but at least on the Nexus 10 you get a screen shot by pressing down the on/off button and then the down volume at the same time and options come up.

Thanks. I can do a screen shot with the back arrow and the down volume button, but it's a pain and kind of an inconvience.
