A lot of problems with my thunderbolt

Apps will often crash without saving data. It will slow down and lag a lot even when there is plenty of free memory. 3G doesn't work at all. If I have it set to 3G only it will only give me bars(no 3G). Those are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Any solutions for this? I was hoping Gingerbread would fix everything but since their just going to continue to ignore us I don't think it will happen. Also, anyone remember when they were saying it had a fast startup? This has the slowest startup of any electronic device I have ever used. I am certain now I will never buy another one of these horrible HTC products again.

None of these problems plauge me. Must be a faulty device. Mine rips faster than any phone I have come across. I wouldn't trade it for anything right now.

agreed. i hear of a lot of problems from thunderbolt owners, none which have ever plagued me. i love my Tbolt, i just wish everyone else had similar experiences so it didnt get such a bad rap. def try to get a replacement phone, you wont regret buying the thunderbolt if you get a proper, functioning device.

First thought is an update that didn't quite take right. Like the others said...factory reset or a warranty replacement.

Did you enable fast boot? Its in the menu / power options. It is awesome, just have to keep in mind that it does not shut all the way down, so turning the phone off and back on won't fix any issues, you'd have to restart the phone.

Hmmm... I've had my phone replaced for issues before, and I've had and continue to have the same issues that the original poster is experiencing...

I've just been dealing with it all this whole time because I thought that after two Tbolts that it was normal!

I really don't want to have to go through replacing my phone again.
