I updated to the N5 and while I don't regret it I certainly agree the N4 felt more premium. I know it's silly but I particularly miss the way the N4s screen slightly rounded into the edge of the phone.

Do you think it was worth the upgrade? What was it about the Nexus 5 that you liked more than the Nexus 4? I do think the Nexus 4 looks better, but the Nexus 5 has some really nice specs.... plus it's the "latest and greatest." How is picture quality as far as the screen goes?

I'm happy with the N5 screen but I wasn't unhappy with the N4s either. I used Franco's kernel and tweaked the gamma value just a little to compensate for the "washed out" look. Maybe my eyes are going but the 720p really wasn't an issue for me.

LTE and battery longevity are the real selling points on the N5 for me. I use at&t towers so lte was a no go on the N4. With the N4 I would charge the phone after listening to music at the gym and it would still barely make it through my day's use. The N5 rocks the day plus some in one charge.

All that said, I LOVED the N4 as soon as I took it out of the box and it took me the full 15 day return window to decide to keep the N5.
