A new Note 3 or a Used Note 4?

A new Note 3 or a Used Note 4? It looks like on eBay its about a 30-40 dollar more for the 4 difference. I cant decide.

The 4 definitely, with 5.1 it's practically running like new. The Note 3 is already 2 years old.

Note 4 more security. Used one in ebay not sure. I rather get it in amazon warehouse deal with 30days return and one year warranty Samsung repair plano texas in US. Got one $404 including tax. Match the imei # software and back of the note 4 and run *#0*# for testing.

I'd go with the 4, simply for the fact that is a newer phone with newer technology and is better equipped to handle newer OS updates and apps.
