I installed the software from Alcatel's site on my windows 7 32bit, and then I let One Touch Upgrade work last night. I woke up just now and I noticed that it's still working. That means that it's been working for well over six hours. Is this normal? I'm starting to get a bit worried.
The phone looks shut down, with the lights on for Options, Search, and Back buttons. I don't want to touch it and cause any more damage, but I'm not sure if the damage has already been done.
I can't see quite what is the percentage on the installer, it got kinda smeared from the apps I was currently using

but I think that it's still working, it's responsive.
What I remember from last night, it was really slow in terms of completing the procedure, like 22%... 23%.... 24%.... for over an hour.
I don't know what to do :C
