A question about "Settings" in my Droid X

Can someone please breakdown the info located at the bottom of this screen? It is located at: "Applications_Running Services".

Mine reads:
Other: 120 MB in 10 Avail: 60+126 MB in 34

Avail: 60MB+126MB in 34 means the device has 60MB of free memory and another 126MB of available memory in 34 background processes the OS can kill at any time.

Other: 120MB in 10 means the device has 120MB of unavailable memory in 10 unkillable processes (that is, processes that are currently considered to be foreground and must be kept running.
