A TRUE App Killer

I have "Advanced Task Killer" and whenever I "kill" the selected apps, when I go back into the program like 10 minutes later they will show up again! I want to truly kill the program and not make it show up again unless I make it. Anyone know what I can do? Thanks in advance.

I use my stock app in my evo 3d. Works perfect

Root, remove app, never comes up again.

I just use Easy App Killer Advanced. Works well for saving battery and all that.
