Is there a way to speed up 3G and/or signal, because mine is very slow?

The short answer is no. But there are some things that can be done to speed up performance: Use Opera Mini browser. I get about 8 times data compression with it. You might also want to check out Fastun.com. This is a data compression proxy service (free). (I have found this to be a little problematic. A lot of apps just won't work with it.) Another thing that might help is using SMS instead of e-mail. Just enter an e-mail address instead of a phone number. Of course SMS has many limitations, but check it out. You may find it usefull. The best thing to improve performance is using WiFi whenever possible.

There are more things that can be done with a rooted phone, but I'll save that for another time.
