Apparently there is some promotion going on in the Android Market, a whole bunch of apps are on sale for $0.10

::EDIT:: Looks like its 10 apps for 10 cents for 10 days. Every day is a different 10 apps (i think). and Judging from today's selection, there could be some very good stuff.

I will advise against paper camera. Picked that up for free on amazon market a while back and I think free was to expensive for that app.

I just bought it.....it isn't bad.....unique....but for $0.10...can't beat that unless it was free....NO...it isn't worth more than a dime for sure.

I'm glad they are doing this... Some of these apps that most of us got free in the Amazon app store take way to long to get updated through Amazon. I think I will get the ones i use the most, like Swiftkey X, on this deal, even if I already have it from Amazon.

bought 7 apps over the 3 days so far and got charged $0.10 for each one except for when I bought tetris today. They charged me $0.11!!!

Obviously that's still an amazing deal, and I can thankfully afford the 1 penny, but I was just curios, is this because I downloaded it before Google announced the apps for today? something to do with where the developer is located? I am just confused on why only 1 app charged tax. Any input?

I think it has to do with the developer (EA) and that they require tax in your state. Not everyone is getting charged tax for Tetris.

EA's other games (Such as Bejeweled 2) have tax too.

I think I am not understanding the question...

They are widgets, they do not replace your homescreen. They are elements added to your current screen, you can easily remove them by hard-pressing on them, and dragging them to remove.

Is that what you are asking? Or am I misinterpreting?
